CAMBRIDGE ART CLUB MEMORY

Jim Jackson and Jeff Johnson posted this photo on Facebook. The art club trips were some of the most enjoyable and important events in my teaching career. Those students worked so hard on these trips. They raised the bar in the classroom and all of the other students rose to it. No doubt that they’d tell how much fun they had, but they came home with an art history understanding that matched my college students.

Thanks “kids”!!!

WE’RE OPEN FOR FIRST FRIDAY!

IT’S BEEN A GOOD WEEK AT THE STUDIO.

I’m feeling much better and I’m back working on new projects.

The monarch’s came, laid their eggs, made their chrysalis’, and yesterday while I was working this one hatched and stayed around just long enough for me to say goodbye and safe travels to Mexico.

I’m sure we have more in the garden.

WE ARE OPEN THIS EVENING FOR FIRST FRIDAY!

Don’t forget to get to the ZAAP Gallery tonight for the beginning of the FOOT BY FOOT show and sale!

NEWS AT THE STUDIO

FIRST FRIDAY IS JUNE 7TH

JOIN US FOR THE ART WALK IN DOWNTOWN ZANESVILLE

Come and enjoy the beauty outside!

The summer gardens are spectacular

I have quite a few Siberian irises to give away on First Friday.

Inside Mike is glazing the stain glass windows two at a time. It’s a little messy, but really amazing to see these big windows come down and get fixed up for years to come.

Also we will have our radical knitters in public visiting us again. Look out for these ladies!

See you Friday!

It was 50 years ago today (May 3rd 1969)

Stop by the studio on First Friday art walk for chocolate cake and sangria to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary

It’s like we turned around and here we are 50 years later.

Can you believe it?
